The flower surface on the ceramic is not only resistant to high temperature, but also will not fall off and change color. At the beginning, the flower surface of ceramics was painted by hand stroke by stroke. After continuous improvement, the flower surface of daily-use ceramics basically adopts decal technology, which only needs the following steps to complete.
1. Making white body shapes: Many ceramic factories design suitable ceramic white body samples according to OEM orders or according to local customs and trends. Capital and manpower, such as mold opening, trial firing, etc.
2. Design flower paper: According to the shape of the ceramic white body, the designer began to design the flower surface. Generally, the flower surface is designed with a series of one theme. The designer designed the flower surface according to the expanded plan of the ceramic white body shape. The color of the designed flower surface should be made according to the ceramic coloring process, not whatever you want. Generally speaking, the more types of colors, the higher the cost of the flower surface.
3. Decals: The designed decals are printed by a decal factory, and then pasted on the white ceramic body. Before decals, white tires should be soaked in water for half an hour, and then pasted with decals. When the water is completely dry (including the water absorbed by the white tire), it can be baked in the oven. This process will take about 3 hours or more.
4. Ceramic baking: Put the ceramics with the flower surface into the tunnel kiln for baking. This process is relatively slow and takes about 4 hours to complete. The temperature of the kiln should be controlled at about 800 degrees. A beautiful ceramic work is completed.
